For both exchanges and returns, products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way; they must have all their original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
Please note for exchanges you can only request a different size and/or colour of the item you are returning.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
Open the online Exchange procedure by logging in into your account area and clicking on "My orders" section. If you placed a guest order, you can request an item exchange by entering your order and zip code on the tracking page.
Choose the item you want to exchange and select a reason why.
Next you can select the new size and colour of the item you are returning.
Once the exchange request has been accepted, please return your item as indicated in step 3 of the return process.
Print the Exchange Form you can download from the Return panel and insert it inside the parcel.
Pack the items using the original packaging provided to wrap the items you are returning.
Then ship the parcel to the following address:

Your exchange will be sent out at our costs after the warehouse has received your parcel and carried out the quality check of the returned items.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
Sign in as normal then go to your Order History and click the 'RETURN ITEMS' button next to the order you want to return.
If you placed a guest order, you can request a return by entering your order code and postcode on the tracking page.
Choose the item you want to return and select a reason why. Once the return request has been accepted, please follow step 3 of the return process.
Print the Return Form you can download from the Return panel and insert it inside the parcel.
Pack the items using the original packaging provided to wrap the items you are returning.
You can use our pre-filled return shipping label, please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. You can view the shipping costs in the Returns - Returns shipping expenses in the website Help Area.
We’ll send you an email once we have processed your return since all the requirements are met.
You should receive the refund within 14 calendar days of our email.
